I've harvested all of my second earlies. They're actually an early main crop planted at the end of April.

After a short while drying these will be wrapped in newspaper and stored in the shed until required. I've got about 20 meals worth altogether.

My parsnips are coming along too but I think they'll be ready before Xmas. I was hoping to aim for Xmas day but they'll store well in the ground until required.

I've had a couple of courgettes which have rotted away but these thrived and grew into better courgettes than can be bought in the shops.

I've got a few more coming this week and they're coming progressively enough to use them straight off the plant.

My french beans in the greenhouse are starting to produce now and my runners too are flowering. This will supplement these earlier ones from my old plot.
